House rules
Thank you for staying with us!
By completing your booking, you agree to our house rules.
To ensure that you and future guests feel comfortable, we ask you to follow a few simple rules.
🔑 1. arrival and departure
Arrival: from 15:00
Departure: by 11:00 a.m. at the latest
Don't forget to close windows and doors. Please also turn the heating to “moon” in the cold season or off in summer. Also turn off all the lights in the apartment.
🧼 2. cleanliness
Please leave the apartment as you found it. (swept clean)
We may have to charge extra for larger soiling that goes beyond the normal level.
🚭 3. smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment - not even at the open window.
You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Please use an ashtray and be careful not to throw cigarette butts on the floor.
👉 Important: If you still smoke in the apartment, we will have to carry out professional ozone cleaning to permanently remove the smell of smoke.
The costs for this (from €250) will be charged to the person responsible.
Thank you for your understanding!
🐾 4. pets
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement! There is a food and water bowl in the kitchen cupboard for your four-legged friend.
Please bring a blanket or basket and make sure that your pet does not get on the furniture or upholstery.
🔇 5. rest periods
Night rest: from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
Please be considerate of the neighborhood.
🛠️ 6. Damage
If something breaks, please let us know immediately. We will then arrange for a replacement.
Don't worry - you are of course not personally liable for normal mishaps.
🚫 7. parties & visitors
Unfortunately, parties are not allowed.
Visitors are of course okay - as long as they stay within a quiet framework.
