Hello and welcome to your vacation apartment! We are delighted that you are here and wish you a wonderful time. If you have any questions or need information - be it about your accommodation, the best places to visit or tips for the surrounding area - we are happy to help. Enjoy your vacation and feel at home!

The Wi-Fi password for the Melou Fewo router is "hFgeYwntP7u". If you have any further questions or need help, we will be happy to assist you.
Book exchange
There are some books available for you to read in the apartment. If you feel like it, you are welcome to choose a book and take it with you. In return, we will be happy if you leave a book behind so that other guests can also enjoy it. Have fun reading and swapping!
Bed linen for your sofa bed in the MeLou Fewo NaturQuartier accommodation
Your blankets and pillows for up to 2 more people can be found under the foldable sofa bed. Please make sure you also use the bed sheet inside as a base. For reasons of hygiene, you must cover the bedding on the sofa bed yourself. We ask for your understanding!
Sauna and swimming pool
The sauna is open for our guests on the following days
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 16:00 to 22:00.
Outside these times, the sauna can be used for a fee. Please use 2-euro coins for access. A 2-hour sauna session costs approx. 12 euros.
The swimming pool is located on the same premises as the sauna. You can use it free of charge at any time. The pool and sauna are cleaned on Fridays between 8:00-11:00 am.
The way there is as follows:
You go from the apartment door into the stairwell, one floor down. There you will find yourself in front of the door that leads to the wellness area. The door can be opened using the front door key. Please note that the wellness area may not be entered with street shoes.

Washing machine and tumble dryer
For a small surcharge, depending on the wash cycle and duration, you can wash your laundry in the laundry room at any time.
The way there is as follows:
You go from the apartment door into the stairwell, half a floor down, through the door, along the many cellar rooms. At the end is another door. In the corridor on the left is the laundry room, where there are also washing lines if you want to hang up your laundry.
Guest contribution/guest tax
By booking with us, you have also made a guest contribution to the town of Lauterberg and thus support the spa town.
